Your website will use plugins that need to be updated on a regular basis in order to keep your website safe and healthy. Weekly updates will be performed on your website, updating and managing plugins so you don’t have to.
Monitoring your website 24/7. Be the first to know when your website is offline, and take comfort you've hired a developer to get it back up quickly.
Your website files and database are backed up offsite securely on a regular basis, so that content can be quickly restored in the event of a website failure.

At this time, I do not. My support hours are (excluding holidays) Monday to Friday, 10am – 6pm GMT+2.
Usually, I’ll need your login details from your existing hosting provider and your WordPress admin login details. The details collected will help me to setup certain services so I can provide you the plugin and theme updates, malware & security scanning, website backups, etc. I keep all of your information private and will never share it with a third party.
Your website will be continuously monitored with ongoing security scans. If there is an issue I will be notified. Your website is also manually checked once a month while performing regular WordPress updates. Unfortunately, even with proactive monitoring, no one can catch every security issue. In the event a breach does take place, my goal is to respond immediately within business hours. Valid security concerns take precedent over any and all other development tasks I may be working on.
In the event your website is hacked, the Malware / Hack Removal service is included only with the Gold plan. If you are subscribed to the Bronze or Silver Plan, you will be notified of the hack along with an estimated cost of the repair.
The website will be immediately rolled back to the state it was in before the update took place. The issue will then be documented in your monthly reports. The majority of issues are addressed free of cost, however, I cannot be held responsible for any user-caused errors, custom plugins or the addition of conflicting plug-ins, editing or adding new code, etc. Time to fix these errors will come out of the allowed development hours for the month, and especially time-consuming issues may be billable. We’ll contact you before billing for any additional work.
You certainly can! Upgrading the support level in between subscription periods will be prorated, simply put, no loss of payments will occur. If you would like to upgrade the support level on your website, please contact me directly to get started.
NO! All of these plans include a managed WordPress hosting. After I finish transferring your site, you can cancel your old hosting plan.
Website Tweaks can include anything from copy updates, to design changes, SEO implementation, and anything in between (random requests from the client–e.g. add this product image, change this font, upload this testimonial, remove that person’s bio. )
